Masashi Kitamura was born in Japan and started training in artistic gymnastics at ten years old. At the age of twelve, they switched to men’s rhythmic gymnastics. Masashi received the Individual All-Around Champion title at the All-Japan Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship in 2007, 2010, and 2011. In 2012, Masashi joined Cirque du Soleil and is now appearing with Michael Jackson: One as an acrobat performer and artistic coach.
